A CHALLENGE TO CHANGE YOUR HABITS
People are increasingly interested in self-testing kits and healthcare apps for their well-being. However, many kits lack actionable guidance, and many apps lack detailed health insights. Our client, a startup specializing in self-testing health kits, asked us to create a design concept and strategy for an app that combines valuable insights with actionable steps to support lifestyle changes.
The Challenge
Most self-test kits provide insights and data but do not offer actionable steps for health improvement. On the other hand, many health apps claim to change behavior but lack the necessary data for personalized advice and coaching. There is an opportunity for a service that combines both, giving people a real head start in living a healthier lifestyle.
Vision
Combining health data with behavioral psychology, AI technology and personal coaching results a seamless transition from insights to actions, creating a longer-term relationship with customers, and makes behavior change more effective for lasting lifestyle improvements.
This way, we build long-term relationships with the customer. Instead of ending contact after providing health insights, we now offer them personalized next steps. The app helps to maintain ongoing personal connections, ensuring continued support and engagement. This approach also creates recurring revenue for the business.
Solution
An app that helps customers change their lifestyles through gamification, nudging, and understanding their motivations. Using psychological and behavioral principles, we guide users toward a healthier lifestyle. Innovative tech combined with personal care makes it scalable without losing the human touch. We believe this blend of gamification, AI-driven automation, and personal attention from our consultants is the best way to achieve successful lifestyle changes.
Using our Product Vision process and co-creation sessions, we developed a product and design strategy. We created a pitch deck and concept designs to bring the vision to life. The client used these to understand the steps needed for the project and to inspire potential investors.
